Q: Are you a manufacturer?

Yes, we are one of China's top manufacturers of organic fertilizer. Our head office is located in Sanya City, Hainan Province.

Q: Are there any free samples available?

Yes, we’re happy to provide a free sample for your test. If you have any feedback on the samples, please free to let us know.

Q: What kind of grades you can produce?

In addition to our standard specifications and appearances, we can produce on demand and meet your customized needs.

Customers' requests are our primary consideration!

Q: What packages do you provide?

Our standard packaging is a 25kg PP bag.

Additionally, we can provide 1kg, 5kg, 10kg, and 20kg packaging with your artwork. The pallets are also available.

Q: Can I get a lower price if I order large quantities?

Yes, the price can be negotiated based on your ordered quantity and payment terms.

Q: What payment terms can you accept?

At the beginning of the cooperation, we prefer T/T and L/C.

With the deepening of the cooperation, we can discuss more felxible payment terms.

Q: How to start orders or make payments?

Proforma Invoice and Sales Contract (including our bank information) will be sent first after order confirmation.

Q: What’s the form of the delivery?

We provide various delivery services, including sea transportation, land transportation, air transportation, and express delivery.

Q: How long will you deliver the products on board?

Under normal circumstances, delivery is around 20 days after payment.

If the goods need CIQ (CHINA ENTRY-EXIT INSPECTION AND QUARANTINE), the delivery is around 35 days.

Absolutely Yes! We warmly welcome you to come to our factory at any time. Our factory is situated in Hebei Province, China, which is close to Xingang Port.
